Youth Outreach Services

Provided by Hornby and Denman Community Health Care Society

Provides free, confidential, and community-based one-to-one support and information on healthy relationships and lifestyles to youths
Services include:
  • Youth groups and summer camps,
  • Teen Night Drop-Ins,
  • Youth workshops and community education events,
  • Reconnecting with family, school, culture or community,
  • Provide sexual health info (plus free condoms) speak with youth about healthy relationships, and teach awareness on sexual exploitation issues,
  • Supports youth who are struggling with school or relationship challenges
  • Connect youth to community resources (on or off-island) and healthy activities: Help connect islanders with Foundry Comox Valley, Courtenay's youth hub for health and mental health, and other services and support.
